Grabbed some at the market this week, and lookin forward to cookin em up this weekend. I don't have a grill, so I'll be pan cooking them, but I wanted to know WHAT THE HELL GOES ON THEM?? I haven't had a Bratwurst in years, and can't remeber what I had on it then. I was thinking peppers and onions and cheddar cheese. Does that sound about right? I contemplated saurkraut, but I ususally do that for hot dogs and hot sausages. Is cheese even acceptable? Please don't tell me "whatever you put is fine". I need that authentic Green Bay Packers tailgate taste. (I know I know, I need a grill for that. At least get me close) Maybe I should have joined their MB just to ask that question? :D

Sauerkraut and brown, or hot, mustard.

That's it, salads go on Polish sausages.

Mustard and onions.

Maybe kraut if you're so inclined.

That's it. No arguing.

I don't normally put anything on my brats but if I do it's relish and that's all.

Mustard.

Kraut.

Onions if you are into smelling like crap for the rest of the day.

Nothing else.

And dress the brat, not the bun.

That it all...carry on...

Well actually today I am wearing blue jeans, a white cotton dress shirt with a button down collar and a very festive green merino vneck sweater.
