Youth will be served in 2024. We should get a nice picture how well Monti has drafted as we will have a large number of 1st and 2nd year players battling for large roles against other young players.

CB you have 4 or 5 rookie and 2nd year players battling for CB2, 3 and 4.

Benson will battle for RB2 against meh competition.

MHJ and Wilson have nothing clocking them from WR1 and WR2.

Adams and Gaines will have Wilkerson to beat out for LG.

Paris Johnson has no competition.

Tip will battle with Higgins for TE2.

Ojulari has no competition at EDGE.

Same for Darius.

Benson and Taylor-Demerson probably done tomorrow based on the pattern. Nabers signed, so Harrison shouldn't be far behind. And picks around Robinson getting done already too. Could all be done by Saturday. Paris signed on May 11th last year to wrap up the class.

things l like about the schedule:

being a road dog vs a non-conference playoff team in week 1. If the opener can be a trap game -- this is one for the Bills

playing a rookie QB in week 4. Week 1 can be dangerous. By week 4, his flaws will be apparent.

getting the Chargers in the first half of the season -- i think there will be some transition to the Harbaugh way

Minnesota in week 12. My guess is JJ doesnt start until maybe week 7 or 8.
