Pitt football coach Dave Wannstedt picked Bill Stull on Wednesday as the starting quarterback for the 25th-ranked Panthers this season. A 6-foot-3, 205-pound junior, Stull took nearly every repetition with the first-team offense during more than two weeks of practice. "It's obvious, but I just haven't said it yet: Billy Stull has had an outstanding camp," Wannstedt said.
