Would the Minnesota Vikings ever trade Justin Jefferson?

That's something CBS Sports' Cody Benjamin is considering in his new trade prediction.

Benjamin acknowledges it's a bit of a crazy one, but this is the four-team deal he suggests:

  • Bengals get: WR Justin Jefferson (Vikings), DE Julian Okwara (Browns)
  • Vikings get: WR Tee Higgins (Bengals), CB Greg Newsome II (Browns), 2026 first-round pick (Bengals), 2026 third-round pick (Lions)
  • Lions get: EDGE Trey Hendrickson (Bengals)
  • Browns get: 2026 fourth-round pick (Lions)

The Vikings sure get a haul. Higgins is a great WR, Newsome is a solid QB, and a first-round pick is nothing to scoff at.

But for Jefferson? For the best receiver on the planet?

It's hard to think Minnesota would actually do that.

The Bengals would surely love the chance to pair Jefferson with Joe Burrow and Ja'Marr Chase.

But it simply doesn't make as much sense for the Vikings.
