The SEC has announced home and away opponents for the 2025-26 Vanderbilt women's basketball season. The most glaring omission? Vanderbilt plays Tennessee just one time in the regular season for the second straight season. This year, Vanderbilt will play the Lady Vols in Knoxville.

Vanderbilt is coming off a 22-11 season. The Commodores made it to the NCAA women's basketball tournament for the second consecutive season for the first time since 2011-12. Vanderbilt lost to Oregon in the first round.

Shea Ralph is entering her fifth season and returns several key pieces. Mikayla Blakes and Khamil Pierre, who both averaged over 20 points per game, look to be one of the nation's top duos entering the season.

Sacha Washington, who missed the 2024-25 season with a blood clot in her right leg, is also set to make a return.

Ralph added two players from the transfer portal, both from SEC programs. LSU center Aalyah Del Rosario and Texas wing Ndjakalenga Mwenentanda have both signed to Vanderbilt.

The Commodores went 8-8 in the SEC last season, finishing eighth in the conference.
