    I like the idea of a young aggressive defense coordinator. He will want to do good so he has another chance to be a HC. He has some solid players back to build and will put us in a 3-4 again which will help. I think he will work well with KK.

    I hope he wasn’t calling the plays in Denver because I’ve seen some questionable calls on defense like the 3rd and forever against KC and Mahomes theew a bomb for a first down because of msn to man

    I would quibble with the fact that he died thousands of years before the invention of football and thus likely doesn’t know squat about a 3-4. But that’s just me. :shrug:

    I like that Joseph has coached a 3-4 defense and has 14 years of coaching experience mostly on the defensive side of the ball.

    It appears to be a solid hire.

    You wanted to keep our ST coach....you have him.

    You wanted Stump....you have him....and it looks like you’re gonna get an experienced NFL OC.
