9:24 PT: Updating ongoing reports, University of Miami RB Willis McGahee (knee) went through additional tests at the league’s re-check combine on Friday and Saturday. According to his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, McGahee passed all of the tests. “He said some of the doctors had to look at him twice to see that he was the same guy they saw in February,” Rosenhaus said. He added that he spoke with nine NFL doctors and “they have never seen a recovery like this.”

It would be great if this was a report from an NFL team.....this was, as the article said, leaked by his agent. So take it with a grain of salt.

If he shows well at his workout the draft gets another big twist.

You've got Leftwich working out tomorrow, Tim Kawakami, a local writer, wrote today in talking to NFL people that Leftwich's workout is the one everyone is waiting on. If he's healthy and shows well he could jump all the way to #1, if he's not healthy or shows poorly he could slip out of the top 10 because of Boller.

McGahee could be similar if he works out well who knows how high he'll go? Interesting would Houston have signed Stacey Mack if they felt McGahee was going to heal this fast? Had he never gotten hurt no doubt Houston would have wanted McGahee I wonder if they pass on him now for Johnson?

I wish the draft were tomorrow getting very antsy.
