Aug. 18—Ray Miller's 24 tackles last spring in a four-game schedule at Campbell University in North Carolina were fourth best on the team. Then Miller was told by his coach that the team had someone else lined up to take his spot this fall, so the graduate student linebacker entered the NCAA transfer portal.
