UFC 317 is quickly approaching with the main event featuring former champions Ilia Topuria and Charles Oliveira facing off for the vacant UFC lightweight title as one of the two title fights showcased on Saturday at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
Topuria enters the ring with an impressive record of 16 wins and 0 losses. He is coming off a significant knockout victory against Max Holloway in October 2024. Initially, Topuria aimed to fight Islam Makhachev, but with Makhachev moving up a division, he has now set his sights on Charles Oliveira. Oliveira has a record of 35 wins and 10 losses. After experiencing a setback against Arman Tsarukyan in April 2024, he bounced back with a unanimous decision victory over Michael Chandler in November 2024.
