Hall of Famer
Got this from Associated Press:
FOXBORO, Mass. (AP) - Troy Brown is staying with New England.
Nearly two months after the Patriots released him, they've
re-signed the 12-year veteran wide receiver.
Terms of the deal haven't been disclosed. However, the Pats
saved five (m) million dollars by not picking up his option earlier
this year.
Brown had 17 catches for 184 yards last season, and he filled in
as an extra defensive back for a while and had three interceptions
and 17 tackles.
