Inside Dish: Tillman planning NFL return after military duty

Pat Tillman left his job as the Cardinals' starting strong safety to become a Ranger in special operations. He currently is deployed in the Middle East, but Tillman apparently is not through playing football.
According to his agent, Frank Bauer, Tillman plans on returning to the NFL in 2005 after his military obligation has been completed. Tillman will be a 28-year-old free agent then, so there would be some interest in him. Teams will have questions about how he will be affected by not hitting for three years, however. . . .
