The Athletic has a really good list of all the available receivers broken down by tier. We have beat to death the fact that we have a lot of needs with CB right at the top along with Interior OL, RB and pass rusher so managing dollars will be difficult. I can't see us signing a tier 1 and even their tier 2 might be out of our range. My Tier 2 pick is Cory Davis and Tier 3 is Curtis Samuel although Sportrac projects his cost being higher than Davis. In addition to drafting a WR along with one of the above I wouldn't mind a reunion with Tier 5 Andre Roberts to improve our return game.
