Ever since Bill Belichick became head coach of the Patriots and Tom Brady became the Patriots’ starting Quarterback, it appears that we can’t have a Super Bowl drought that is longer than 3. The Patriots’ winning streak their last month can be foreshadowing of events that can happen in the future. I try to find clues. Tom Brady has won a SuperBowl without Belichick. Perhaps Belichick can win or get to a SuperBowl without Brady. I think either Brady or Belichick must appear in the SuperBowl at least once every 4 seasons.

This is much like the bird teams SuperBowl drought. It can only last for up to 3 seasons, which is a big reason why I’m sure the Cardinals or Ravens will appear in this season’s SuperBowl. Bird teams have been absent from the SuperBowl the past 3 times. The Eagles were the last to do it back in 2017-18 season when they defeated the Patriots. This year, it’s bound to happen.
