...has apparently already been determined.
From the little ive researched on him......he seems to the least worst of the Trump appointments.
The rest of Trumps people are absolute abortions.
But this guy doesnt seem so bad. We may have dodged a bullet. Time will tell.
The Administration made twitter accounts for both "contestants" of the "Next Top Justice" reality show.

Awful choice for the nation.
Hopefully the Democrats grow a spine and never let him see the inside of the SCOTUS
It sounds like McConnell has already committed to changing the rules to a simple majority vote if need be to get him passed.
Of course the turtle did.
Typical GOP - change the rules to benefit only them. All are flipping traitors.
I think Trump has been President far too long to allow this. We need to have an election to let the people have their say.
I need to read up on this nominee. But initially, I don't have a major objection.
He is similar to Scalia. The Hobby Lobby judge.
I weep for my liberty
A brilliant move would have been Trump nominating Garland. The Repubs are too scared of Trump to stop it and it actually might have aided Trump building a governing coalition.
But, Trump once again proves rich has NOTHING to do with smart. at least not smart on a broad spectrum.
Keeping in mind who he could have nominated (and comparing with whom he has filled in other power positions. Like the secretary of education who plagiarizes her question responses), honestly this guy doesnt seem like the worst.
Bad? Yes. 100%. But we all knew that was coming.
But in terms of how bad it couldve been, this is somewhat a lesser evil.
Scalia was right on Hobby Lobby. The villain was RFRA, not Scalia.
I feel bad for Garland. He should have been on the bench.
LOL... Trump doesn't WANT a governing coalition with the Democrats. He doesn't need one.
All us Democrats have to stop living in the bubble where we think the ENTIRE COUNTRY is with us right now. They're not. They VOTED for the guy who made ALL these promises during the campaign and now, he's ACTUALLY doing them. That isn't going to piss off his 46%. It's only going to excite them as much as it horrifies us.
