Been to many cardinals games there as a kid and continue to go there for ASU games. Also, it’s not 110 degrees in Cleveland Ohio. Football is meant to be played outdoors on real grass

Brook Park is super close. Its basically old commercial/industrial land that harkens back to the old LTV days.

Last 25 or so years its just a collection of strip joints. This will be good for the area
