As I was consuming the koolaid this summer I felt that our skill players were as good as any team in the league. Also got excited about the Oline having four good starters.

Simply forgot that without a legit starting QB this offense couldn't score enough to overcome the lack of talent on the Defense.

53 years of Cardinals FB and I am still a moron. Maybe being a fan for that long defines me as a moron.

I believed Monti had a plan and was making magic happen with his oh so clever trades in his first draft. If PJJ was a top 10 LT then maybe......there I go again.

Oh well, at least I have the eagles as my backup team.....oof.

All this to say I was wrong about Monti, JG, tanking and just about any of my draft takes.

i get complaining about JB, but didnt we all know who he was before the season started?

this is who he is

the team could put Minshew in there -- and probably get more big plays, but more turnovers.

Beck would be fun for like 2 games until the reality of a 3rd round rookie playing QB becomes apparent.

there are no good choices here, something else we know prior to the season starting

“Most likely going to be out this week.”

Arizona Cardinals coach Mike LaFleur on RG Isaiah Adams status after suffering an ankle injury against the Giants.

Cardinals safety Andrew Wingard suffered a bone bruise in his knee Sunday in New York but the ligaments are intact, per @rapsheet and me. Timeline for return uncertain but relative good news for Arizona.

Explain to me how this is a JB problem. Is he designing their routes?
Do you think Trey and Mike are only running short routes?

It doesn't matter if you're X,Z,TE1,TE2, etc...All of them may run Medium patterns, deep patterns, crossing routes and short dump/hot routes. It's apparent that JB, for whatever reason, since Game 2 is only choosing dump/hot reads and isn't going through his progressions. Against the Chargers he was 7.4, meaning he's capable. Now, if his 1st read isn't immediately there, he's checking down...and sometimes is going straight for the Checkdown. It's as if he knows the play calls for Trey or Mike to be the hot, that's where he's going.

So our already ass OL is losing two of its starters? It might get better though, right? Right?

Draft selection does not define a prospects success as a Cardinal fan we should know that better than anyone in a negative way.
