Another fantastic finish in Nugz Thunder game where everyone but the biggest two stars have shown up.

OKC got tentative on their shooting except for Jalen Williams.

okc had the ball with 16 seconds left in a tie game and just free balled it - could've called timeout and designed something for jalen williams who's been beasting all night but nah

Shai and Jokic struggled mightily down the stretch, but Joker comes up with a couple big shots and assists in OT, while Shai continued the Wicked Witch routine, continuing to melt down to the last second. Gonna be interesting to see if he can do what he failed to do last year, stop the bleeding down 2-1 and tie this series back up on the road.

If OKC loses two years in a row as the 1 seed in the 2nd round, questions gonna start getting asked about Shai being able to be “the guy”. They’ll be premature but a superstar MVP candidate can’t keep letting his team lose early in the playoffs as an overwhelming 1 seed without starting to feel sone heat.

This series has made no sense.

I don’t know. Experienced team steals Game 1, lays a total egg in Game 2 knowing they did what they needed to do, then comes back and wins a hard fought Game 3 isn’t that out of the ordinary.

Jokic played arguably the worst game of his playoff career and OKC still lost. Thats two unacceptable losses out of three games so far. Denver isn’t a great team anymore so this would be an all time gag job by the Thunder.

Denver had excellent def. game plan, they made SGA almost disappear. Jalen is not a true star yet. Surprise was they won despite Jokic had a very off game, as Murray, Gordon and Gordon all came up big. It's still a tight series as SGA and Jokic will return to form and nobody knows how then the 2nd tier stars of both teams will do.

anybody who says they'd take sga over jokic (to build a team around) is either an okc fan or worse lol
I would agree but it could depend on surrounding talent as well. Jokic is 30 while Shai is 26. That is something to consider IMO.

Usually but not so much in this case, IMO. Yes, Shai is almost three and a half years younger than Jokic but age based decline is likely to be a major factor in SGA's game well before it should impact Jokic. I wouldn't be surprised to see Nikola still among the league best even after SGA ages out of the game, assuming he chooses to play that long.

Yeah, I don't know what is going on, he has not been good this series.
