two years ago, we had Okogie and Camara on the team who can defend with the best of them, like Dort, Caruso, Nesmith, Mikal, Hart... on the remaining 4 teams. right they could not shoot back then
It's not really the same thing. First off, Camara was a pretty good shooter in college and we never got a chance to see what he could do in the NBA because we traded him before his first season. Secondly, Josh Okogie was in his 5th year when we had him and the shooting problems were so well established that they were not likely to improve much at that point. Still, I get your point and agree but we just need better choices to work with. I'm hoping Dunn and maybe Oso are those guys and that more will follow.

en, my main idea is to trust our guys with great defense skill potential, and empower them by playing them more. Dort, Caruso, Hart, Nesmith have taken time to shoot better 3pts. With Dunn they finally doing that.

I don't have much confidence in this organization but yeah, hopefully they recognize the need to develop these younger players and the need to focus on defense.

I agree. I think Ant is going to try and force it and the Thunder are going to roll again.

IMO, this is a 5 game series that will feature some big blow outs.

idk man - they split games this year

Camara made second team all-Defensive team
We saw that coming from his SL games with us back then. His shooting was shaky then, but he was already an excellent all around defender, both on-ball and spacing, and had great spacing instinct on O. The team was to win championships then with the big-3, and decided to play Yuta, KBD(?) and Metu guys who could shoot 3 better instead the likes of Camara and Okogie

OKC goes on a patented run late in the 3rd quarter, looking like they can put the Wolves away. They lead 82-65.

That's a really cheap foul on Anthony Edwards. There was not much contact.

McDaniels shoves Shai on the drive. It's called a flagrant 1, although it was very close to a flagrant 2.

I keep forgetting Jalen Williams is an AZ kid. He went to Perry HS and was a 3* recruit.

I didn't know that. Perry is only a few miles from me. Apparently he had a 5" growth spurt as he was their PG initially but then he became a 6'5" scorer between his sophomore and junior year.

Sucks Tatum got hurt because seeing OKC vs Boston would be like a heavyweight prize fight. Tyson vs Holyfield.

Boston didn’t lose that series cause Tatum got hurt. They looked horrible against NY before he got hurt.

Regular season is not the postseason. The Suns went 3-0 vs the Wolves last season and then got swept 0-4 in the first round.
I’ll add we’re 4-0 against the lakers in 2006 in the regular season and should’ve lost to them in the first round.
Thx Kobe
