Mr glass. Just mention it because so many were high on the Suns taking this guy and his huge contract. Probably won't be back to full potential until 20/21 season... when he turns 30.

Trading for him would have absolutely destroyed our franchise. Phew.

Is he the highest paid player in the NBA? Lordy, that is a lot of money.

I believe Curry, Harden, and Westbrook also signed the supermax.

Houston and Golden State are probably a little happier with that deal than Washington is though!

Yet somehow Wall would probably make more shots and free throws than Ball.

Wizards Director of Medical Services and Orthopedist Dr. Wiemi Douoguih says @JohnWall told the team he slipped in his home Jan. 29, three weeks after the initial surgery to remove bone spurs. Douoguih says the Achilles wasn’t completely torn, but “functionally,” it needs repair.

I wonder what he was really doing? Seriously, how often do you hear about someone slipping in their home and tearing their Achilles?

O dang, Wiz are screwed

They screwed themselves when they gave a supermax to someone that wasn't at least one of the top 2 or 3 players in the league. And even then, I think it's suicide to pay anyone a supermax on a team that isn't already at the top of the hill.

yeah... this sounds like Thomas Jones (i think) breaking his hand "answering his phone" back in the day with the Cardinals.
