Listening to Cards Underground and apparently they're even more twitterpated about Zaven Collins than some here are. Calvisi is already saying that Nick Vigil might be calling the defensive plays to start the season.

Wolf is apparently saying that Collins needs to figure it out and the Cards need to roll him out there until he does.

Apparently he's been working with the outside linebackers some.

This is where he should have been from the start. Unlike Chandler Jones, Collins is a guy who you can be creative with dropping into coverage off the EDGE. Also athletic enough to chase down plays from the backside as well as big and long enough to set the EDGE vs the run. No reason he couldn't be a more athletic Markus Golden.

However, you put him in the middle where he is unfamiliar and has to think and it all goes to hell.

So Hasson Reddick all over again. What a mess.

These guys make me laugh. That one single honest interview that Collins did has had them all in the tizz.

We haven't won a playoff game since 2015! Can you even remember what 2015 was like at this point?

The fact that guys like Bidwill/Kendrick get virtually no public pushback is crazy. We desperately need our own billionaire owners, because AZ sports are frighteningly uncompetitive of late, basically across the board.

It's crazy for sure

Sad for us fans since the franchise improving over the next 5 years is dim
Yeah, at this point it's pretty much Kyler goes super sayan, or we're in big trouble.

Remember how we all felt about halfway through the Cards and Suns seasons? Like both teams were invincible with incredible potential for the future? All those visions are looking mighty cloudy these days.

The Suns were in the NBA Finals last year and the Cards just made the playoffs.

funny, because both teams are suffering one of their superstars turning into a malcontent. more so with ayton, for sure, but kyler has had a rather dreadful offseason
