A few weeks ago I did my first hike in the Superstitions in decades. Did the Peralta Trail to Lone Pine. Not a long trail (2 miles to Fremont Saddle), but steep and rocky trail. The view from Fremont Saddle is the reward (Not my pictures, but representative of what I saw)

The wife and I have been poking around the Superstitions for about a year. We recently just did the praying hands, slot rock loop.
There are so many great hikes there. Spring is best when it's green and the wild flowers blooming. It's really dry right now.
