The Phoenix Suns (35-43) host the Golden State Warriors (46-32) on Tuesday, April 8, at 7 p.m., at PHX Arena. The game will be televised nationally on TNT.

The game kicks off the final homestand of the season for Phoenix, which will host Oklahoma City on April 9 and San Antonio on April 11 before concluding the season on April 13 at Sacramento. The Suns, 11th in the West, are clinging to hope for the final play-in spot but are 2½ games behind the Dallas Mavericks for that 10th position in the West.

The Suns need to go 3-1 in their last four games and have Dallas (38-41) drop its last three to end with the same record. Phoenix holds the tiebreaker over the Mavs. Golden State has the same record as the Clippers, Timberwolves and Grizzlies in the Western Conference, as the four teams jockey for the No. 5 through 8 seeds.

Phoenix will be without Kevin Durant for the fourth straight game as he recovers from a left ankle sprain. The game marks the Suns' first matchup against Golden State since they acquired Jimmy Butler from Miami prior to the trade deadline, after Phoenix was unsuccessful in its effort to land him. The teams last met on Jan. 31 in San Francisco, a 130-105 Suns' win.
