The Suns win more than Vegas said last year, which was like 32 games, but this year the o/u is at 38.5. Will the Suns be able to beat that? We'll have to in order to make the playoffs.

Set the poll to close before the regular season starts. For the options, it's how many wins we'll have. Have to beat 38.5 so need 39 or more. 39-43 is possible for the play in.

Barring a big injury, I say yes. I'm not as sure as last year though. That was easy money, IMO.

It will be interesting to see how the anti-tanking measures effect win totals. The bad teams are going to be playing hard towards the end of the year, it should muddy up the middle quite a bit.

I think 39 to 44 or so is the likeliest range. Beyond that is going to require some unforseen intervention of good luck like perfect health and probably one or more of the younger guys taking a quantum leap forward. Not impossible but it would be ill advised to bet the farm.

As a lifelomng Suns fan, I can honestly say your comment "but it would be ill advised to bet the farm," is the most unnecessary cautionary statement regarding the Suns! If you haven't figured out how the story goes by now, you haven't been paying attention. LOL!

I voted for the "39 or more" wins.

The Suns, barring serious injury, should win 45 or more games. They won that many last season while sputtering down the stretch.

I suspect the Suns will make a trade at some point this season.

IMO, the most likely candidates are Haywood Highsmith, Jalen Green or Mark Williams.

On Williams, if they can move him while his value is high, it reduces the long-term injury risk.

That would mean Maluach stepping in as the starter, and the Suns getting another big man back in return.

I think we can still aggregate salaries. This might be a time where you trade two guys for one. We are definitely at a point where we don't need depth, as much as we need quality upgrade. That's going to be hard looking around the league. They seem intent on upgrading during the Booker window.

Yes, as I understand it, the Suns can aggregate salaries in trade.

I think some of the Suns players not only fit on their roster but their contracts are structured to make them tradable.

Too bad we are out of those pesky 1st round picks to trade with our players.

Someone needs to tell Ishbia trades can be made without draft capital attached.

I only mentioned it because it's common knowledge most Suns fans live on farms or other agrarian concerns, and also have well documented gambling problems.
