Payne is streaky for sure. Payton and Shamet have been terrible. The difference there is Payton is roster filler, but the Suns seem to be putting a lot of stock in Shamet as a contributor for god only knows what reason.

He’s been fine except for his three point shooting. Not sure what you are expecting.
