Someone needs to ask about Frank Kaminsky and Dario Saric. It's good to see them on the floor.

Cam Payne practiced too but not five-on-five.

After the interview with Monty today, I'm most concerned about Cam Johnson and Frank Kaminsky. I thought they would be further along although I hope to get both back. I'm thinking Johnson should return before Kaminsky.

Although Dario Saric is not expected back, he seems to be making progress.

With 10 games left in the season, I'm more worried about Cam Johnson's status more so than CP3...

Yeah. It sounds like Chris Paul is ready to roll and it looks that way on video as well.

I'm really not worried about Frank at all, because frankly he would never get playing time anyway.

We still have a few weeks, I'm sure Cam will be back before the playoffs start.

After a couple more wins, I would almost prefer all our starters be sat out.

I always look at depth because one never knows when injuries can raise their ugly head. That's one of the reasons I want Frank back as insurance.

Hopefully we hear some good news about Cam Johnson soon.

If Monty rests starters I suspect he will rotate them so as not to mess up chemistry.

Premeditation involves forethought. I don't think Beverley plans these type plays in advance but I also don't think he has enough reason to quit making them.

The penalties need to be more severe to prevent this style of reckless and dangerous play.

IMO, when Beverley pushed Paul walking off the court he should have been suspended 5 games. Maybe that would get his attention.
The keyword is reckless. I agree that a lot of Pat Bev's antics aren't premeditated, but they are unquestionably reckless, probably even intentionally reckless. Goes all the way back to the play where Russell Westbrook was injured when PatBev ran into him trying to go for a steal before RW could get a timeout call.

In the same way that the league has started holding players accountable for reckless closeouts with Flagrant Fouls, maybe they should start doing the same with reckless dives for the ball. That's probably a lot harder to officiate though, so maybe that's a bad idea.

I agree. If one is reckless they are reasonable for the outcome intended or not.

Chris Paul and Cam Johnson are OUT for the game with the Timberwolves.

Cam Payne and Jae Crowder are not on the injury report.

I believe there were two plays where Beverley undercut Paul in the WCFs. One was the play we are talking about and the other one is no longer available on YouTube.

Also let's not forget Beverley shoved Chris Paul from behind as he was leaving the game.

These plays happen too often for me to give him the benefit of the doubt. And we haven't even discussed his headbutt on Devin Booker.

There is also this one where Beverley elbowed Paul and took him down. See below.

Beverley forfeited any benefit of the doubt ages and injuries ago.

Looks like we have a good chance of wrapping up the #1 seed tonight. Ja isn't playing against the Nets.

Yeah Memphis has played very well this season without Morant but if Kyrie is playing they'll really miss Morant's quickness.

Looking at the ESPN Basketball Power Index the Timberwolves are favored.

And they should be. They've been one of the hotter teams and we're missing key people. We've pulled off some wins minus some key players, hopefully we'll pull this one out too but if I were a betting man I'd give Minnesota the edge.
