This feels like the longest 3rd quarter ever.

Saban Lee with first points, two free throws and now a layup.

Two embarrassing air balls for landale.

Three shot clock violations.

Two backcourt 8 counts.

I have no idea how many free run layups given up.

And bridges sucked again.

I’m pretty sure the squad we are trotting out night in and night out right now is the worst squad in the nba.

The team didn't look right from the Jump. Even Washington after looking good didn't seem to have a good handle on the ball almost immediately in the game. This looked like a bunch of guys not used to playing with each other. The turnovers early seem to set the pace for the entire game.

Aside from Bridges and possibly Craig qualifying as starters, the Suns are playing bench players backed up by deep bench and two-way players.

Seven starters and rotation players from last season are out.

The Suns are like a run down house left in disrepair.

I like what I saw of point guard Saban Lee who had 8 points on 2-4 shooting, 3 rebounds, 4 assists and only 1 turnover in 15 minutes.

Duane Washington had a miserable game shooting and handling the ball.

How puzzling, especially immediately after a game where they did probably look used to each other. This is one of the oddest groups of players in Suns history.
Your opponent has a lot to do with how you play and what your performance and effort "appears" to be. GS didn't get up for our game, had they not finally raised their focus and intensity we might have blown them out by 40 points. And the reverse is true, if they'd started the game like they played the last quarter and a half they would have blown us out. We are suiting up deep bench players hoping they'll play like starters but there's a reason that some players typically watch the games from the bench and some play the games.

I was happy with their effort even though a couple looked burned out from the night before mentally. Washington Jr seemed like he had a hard night concentrating. It happens. Heck, CP3 has looked like that in games for us.
