This is some fantasy team picking I can relate to.
Kayla looks good as a brunette this year.

Brittany B is very nice to talk to at an event. She has alot of charisma and a great personality---definately not fat though.

It helps if you use the link in the first post at the top (which is the official entry) as an organizer by dragging your favorites to the bottom row until you get 16. Then just check their boxes in this poll. If you hover the mouse over their picture anywhere, a larger picture with their name comes up. It is really easy....

You can also turn off that loud background music by clicking the purple square under the large picture of the dancer. So you can "concentrate".

You are absolutely right.(holy ****, I just heard Leander's voice in my head)

I wanted to have little pictures that would pop up or just be next to the names, but I couldn't grab any of the girls pictures from the main entry page.

Best alternative I can think of is simply to open the one main link http://www.nba.com/suns/dance/auditions08_vote.htmland use it for sorting by dragging your 16 choices to the bottom row. Then match their names with this Poll. It is simple, you just have to have two windows open.

Holy cow, some of those girls are just... uhmm, subpar. I hate to be so judgmental, but some of their family members need to stop lying to them. "No, serious honey, you are pretty and talented. You are just as good as those other girls." Bull crap. I can point out 10 that look like they were beaten with ugly sticks. Also, I did watch a couple of their 'videos'... oh boy. One of the videos that I watched featured a girl that can't dance! I won't say her name, but it is my least favorite season of the year in Arizona. I hope no one here is related to her... but in case you are, please stop lying to her. (I take the Simon Cowell approach, tell them the truth now so they can move on with their lives.)

What happened? The Suns Dancers used to be filled with hot, talented dancers. Those current contenders leave a lot to be desired - you could troll the campus at ASU and pull better talent than that in 10 min!

Guys, you gotta realize, these are professional dancing women picking professional dancing women. Looks aren't even half of their search criteria. Their first priorities are: talent, energy, attitude, willing to work for cheap. Then comes looks, photogenics, and wow factor.

Theyre not looking for pornstars OR girls next door.

Half are way hot and half have some sort of mangled face disease.

Last time they selected Chargers Girls I happened to be picking up a toothbrush at the store and about 10 of them came in for some team scavenger hunt, bonding thing. They were unreal looking in person. Super hot. I talked to them but I wasn't about to buy stuff from their list. I was hoping one of the items on their list was in my car so I could pull a chloroform maneuver when they follow me to the car (j/k).
