McCarthy is a Pittsburgh native. He has 11 10-win seasons and an 11-11 playoff record. He is the fourth head coach of the franchise since 1969.
McCarthy most recently served as the head coach of the Dallas Cowboys for five seasons from 2020-24, putting together three consecutive 12-win seasons from 2021-23. He led the Packers to a Super Bowl championship in 2010.
