I would just add Gilbert/J. Jones considering the durability concerns there and fact that Josh is coming from a similar offense already.

Please correct if wrong but isnt Jones also capable of playing both tackle both tackle positions ie. Swing position

It's not just the additions but you have a coaching staff in a second year and players in a second year who now have a better understanding... consistency is a charm
