I've seen several 49ers games this year. When they're healthy, that defense is unbelievably good, as good as I've seen this year. No way our O-line is able to match up against them. So, as bad as it was, I wasn't the least bit surprised.
How come nobody ever blames a total lack of execution as a reason for the thread. Every play except for victory formation is designed, if executed, to gain positive yards. I think Kyler will prove to be a major bust but there are another 10 guys who gotta do their assignments.
It’s always horrible play calls when stuff doesn’t work but that is a poor narrative since, of the players can’t do their jobs, it doesn’t matter how good the play caller is.
