South Carolina football spring transfer portal tracker 2025: Who's in, out for Shane Beamer

COLUMBIA — Just days before the 2025 spring game on April 18, South Carolina football and coach Shane Beamer have to navigate the spring transfer portal window.

The spring portal cycle opens April 16 and closes on April 25 but players don't have to sign or make an official commitment in the 10-day window, they just have to enter their name.

It follows the typical winter transfer portal window, which was open Dec. 9-28, 2024.

Beamer's spring practice season comes to an end with the spring game; the preseason will begin in early August.

The Gamecocks went 9-4 in 2024, ending their season with a 21-17 loss to Illinois in the Citrus Bowl. They begin their 2025 season with a neutral site game against Virginia Tech in Atlanta on Aug. 31.
