Because the parent, actually got the problem solved? Without the video, Kyler may not have known and responded. Times have changed and they have no problem putting their life in public. It is how social media got as big as it is, whether we disagree with it or not.
or it was a straight scam... mom and dad stole the jersey,...mom filmed the kid upset...then they take to social media for the sympathy and the chance of a score...'kyler bit,... they scored...

had it not worked,...mom would have found his jersey in the back of a closet, or the trunk of the car or something

but now its on some sports memorabilia auction site

Ya hate to think that… but it’s def possible 1000% either way though Kyler did the right thing.

Sure it could be. The same type of people that would steal a kids jersey would do such a thing. Leaning towards the good side of humanity though.
