Moore went back to College to collect more money and play poorly so he'd be drafted by the likes of KC, Philly, Green Bay, Baltimore (somewhere near 25-30) to avoid Cardinals, Jets, Browns, etc.. picking 1-5.

And he's failing utterly. He's cost himself tens of millions, unless things change, and none of those teams will want him.
