Still not seeing it with Arch Manning. Consecutive plays has a pocket steps up for no reason and gets sacked. Next play WR is open in front of the DB on a slant in the endzone for a TD but Arch airmails it over his head

I know Smith is elite but that was a great throw by Sayin

Nope. Didn't like him last year and he doesn't look any better this year. Sayin however, I think has been underrated and he looks really good again today. And I usually don't care for Ohio St QBs.

Ohio St just dominating in that first half.

Well, how about that. In the end, Manning does enough to win the game although i would say the stars were the Texas defense and Smothers

Manning and Sayin both weren't good.

Manning will get all the hype but Ryan Day is why Texas won.
One of the worst coaching jobs I've seen in my life.

Day is an average at best HC. He pretty much always coaches not to lose. He only wins because he has more talent than 98% of the teams he plays.

That was some of the worst coaching I've ever seen on both sides. Ohio could have let them score earlier and Texas not taking more time down before winning TD was mind blowing smh

How about OSU taking a time out to give Texas another play?

Or as I said at the time, kick the chip shot FG in the 1st half instead of going for 4th and 3.
Those always come back to bite you.
