Social media reactions to Florida football's Week 6 upset win over Texas Longhorns

Florida football came into Saturday's matchup as an underdog in their own stadium against the Texas Longhorns. At the end of 40 minutes of play, the Gators emerged victoriously against their Southeastern Conference opponent, 29-21.

The team that showed up on the field looked far more prepared and disciplined than what had been seen in the four weeks prior to the recent bye. DJ Lagway looked like the face of the program once again, and the team played cohesive and mostly error-free football for four quarters.

Of course, most importantly, they got their second win of the season with plenty of tough opponents still up ahead.

For now, those future matchups are a problem for another day. The Gator Nation, in the meantime, is celebrating the win and savoring the sweetness of success while they can. Take a look below at how they are celebrating on social media.
