Is that a permanent dome? It doesn't look retractible.

It looks like something from the future. But, then, that's what it will be.

The first shot looks like what I see from my window of the Paris Las Vegas hotel -- the half-size Eiffel
Tower or, more specifically, on the casino floor and its bases -- when I visit Las Vegas.

As long as the D-backs don't pull a Suns' Robert Sarver and threaten to move the team to Las Vegas.
