That is all Aguano wants at this point…to win. He can’t be worried if Jones hits the portal if he decides Bourguet earns the job. When a new staff is hired, a bunch of these guys will hit the portal anyways.

If next year is going to be a probation year, it may make sense to let Aguano ride out the probation before trying to make a big hire.
