For those asking, this lawsuit has nothing to do with possible relocation. It is not mentioned in the plaintiffs' complaint. The three plaintiffs each own less than 1 percent of the team and have no governing power over it. If the team wanted to move, it could with them as owners

Any sign that the minority owners of the Suns have the gumption to question the
