How many times do we have to watch Miller crap the bed?

I’ve been dreading his return. He sucked before TJ. Why would he be any better after? Koch has MUCH better control.

Miller sucks but the team running itself out of the first 2 innings didn’t help either.

All this chatter about Miller... meanwhile, our offense has tanked again... This looks an awful lot like May to me. [emoji35]

Agree about Miller not doing well at all with his return- such a shame. And Marte getting hurt won’t help our team either!! Hope it’s minor...

Arrrgghhh....a shutout to the Giants just has an extra dose of GRRRRR to it.....!

I can’t wait for Pollock to get back, although Jay has been a treat to watch

And we haven’t lost 2 in a row since the Mets on 16-17th- sure hope this isn’t a start of a trend. Night all!

Pollock and Souza, with Jay as our 4th outfielder.

Today Pollock missed the cycle by a triple and Souza had two triples at Reno.

I’m too lazy to look it up but it seems like the Dbacks have a pretty bad record when the other team scores first.

I am continually amazed by the number of major leaguers that don’t know how to slide correctly.

Anybody know the plan for Miller?
They can’t just send him out there every 5 days to get bombed for the rest of the year. How many chances does he get???

If Miller and Godley are going to be 2/5 of our starting rotation, you can kiss the playoffs goodbye.

Steve has pointed out a few times while announcing this game that Godley is back to falling off the mound after every pitch. Where is the Pitching coach?

Godley has had no command of his fastball today. Luckily our hitters are keeping it close.

Like Godley... But he wouldn’t be a regular rotation guy on most other teams...
And our offense has turned the calendar back to May. Yippee!

Oh crap, Bracho is back -- letting in Godley's two baserunners.

The bad following the bad.:(

Well, if we don't score six runs and take the lead, we can thank the comedy team of Godley and Bracho.

GODLEY......4 IP......7 RUNS.......9 HITS

BRACHO.....2 IP......1 RUN.........4 HITS (AND 2 INHERITED RUNNERS SCORING)

Ooh, a triple by Ahmed and Goldy's 2-run HR to narrow the lead in the 7th.

If Miller, Godley and Bracho are in our plans to make the playoffs ... there'll be no conflict in whether to watch the Suns start of the season.

Walker in left field?
Christian Walker should have been inserted in LF, with Peralta moving back to RF, as soon as Souza went down. Instead of being sent up and down and up and down to pinch hit once in awhile.

Even though he is a 1B, Walker was a decent OF in the Minors.

Big mistake for the team to not give him a chance months ago. Especially with the weak hitting Owings as the alternative in RF for all of these months.

There''s nothing to get that old team spirit flying like returning from a great road trip to blow three to the Giants.

Nicely done, lads.....
