Agent Marvin Demoff, Junior's representative, denies reports that Junior has nixed a deal with the Cards. "That's just totally off" said Demoff. "Junior has an open mind, and at time time Arizona is willing to do something, he will sit down and listen. (See Pro Football Talk)

Probably wants to get Miami to make a trade. If Miami thinks we might get Seau they will be more willing to do what it takes to get him themselves.

I think I'm starting to come around. Seau is better than any of our linebackers except maybe McKinnon. Let's face it, this team is not so good at any position that we can afford to turn our nose up at a possibility to upgrade. Same things goes for Holliday. He's not Jevon Kearse, but he's a big-time upgrade over Freddie Wakefield.

well, the way I see it. The only way you can gain respect, or wins is to get better players then what you already have, and if it brings in more wins, then that is good. I believe it can only improve with Seau coming in, showing that we are commited to winning and making bigger impact players want to come here.

Just gain better players then what you have year after year, and upgrade every year, soon 12-4 if you are optimistic like me.

I don't get it.. Why trade for Seau?? Yes, he's a big name, but his production has slipped. If your want a new starting LB, why not sign Dwayne Rudd?? He's better and younger!

I didnt know Rudd was out there...

But I am sorry there isnt one player on the cardinals defense that can hold Jr Seau's jock even while he's "Old and slipping"...

My god people, were talking about a HALL OF FAME LB...

One of the best to play at his position!!! He has a few more "darn( No problem Skkorp :) )" solid years left in him....

Or do we sit in limbo as a 4-12 team that turns its nose up at 12 time probowlers, that are crappy and hurt their team ?
