At first I was going to snark that no one is waiting for that movie without Sidney or Gail.

But now that Jennifer Ortega has gone because of Wednesday, they may have struck accidental gold after casting her as a relative unknown in Scream 5. Now they can now milk her star power for all it’s worth in their marketing campaign.

At least that’s what I would do.
