Your comment is a little misleading. It was a day after the NBA’s board of directors met, which sarver attended. It wasn’t sarver meeting with the nba about the investigation bc the investigation isn’t done yet. Could they have discussed the investigation? Yes. But I think that somewhat unlikely with it not being concluded yet.

That said, this could be an initial domino to fall for sarver and the other minority owner.
