The Stratford Lady Bulldogs and Asher Lady Indians dominated the 2025 Red, White & Blue all-conference softball awards released last week.
Haylee Dickerson of Stratford was named the RW&B Conference Most Valuable Player. Stratford freshman Gemma Carotenuti was named the RW&B Rookie of the Year and Tony Prichard received the Coach of the Year award.
Asher’s Mackenzie Thompson was named the Co-Offensive Player of the Year in the conference and Makaylee Harrell of Asher was named the Defensive Player of the Year. Madison Moreno of Wayne was the other Co-Offensive Player of the Year selection.
The Lady Indians finished the regular season with an 18-7 record and are ranked No. 6 in Class B. Stratford is No. 10 in Class 4A and went 22-5 during the regular season.
Other Asher all-conference selections included Preslee Taylor, Makenah Templeton and Nevaeh Griffin.
Stratford all-conference players included Kennedy Layton, Ryleigh Ardery and Kortni Green.
The Konawa Lady Tigers had five RW&B All-Conference selections. They included McKenzie Alford, Kodie Jencik, Racee Ortiz, Kenley Sandlin and Laila Wroolie.
The rest of the all-conference players include: Madison Hunter, Allison Riley, Avery Riley, Claire Mann and Allison Sanders of Maysville; Kyliana Brown, Shaelynn Fletcher, Jaycee Pack, Abby Horton and Bridgette Arms of Maud; Taelyn Ringwald, Lily Whitaker and Ava Stottlemyre of Wayne; Olivia White, Jayna Blakemore, Skylar Tinnin and Briley Lacquement of Wynnewood; and Shelbey Courtney, Kensley Barnes, Kamryn Martin, Mattie Mortin and Addison Danker of Davis.
