Former All-Pro tight end, Buffalo native, and FOX Sports NFL analyst Rob Gronkowski has his pick for who should be the next head coach of the Buffalo Bills.

Perhaps a bit biased, Gronkowski has thrown his support behind former Bills offensive coordinator and ex-New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll.

Prior to holding both of those positions, Daboll coached Gronk as an assistant with the New England Patriots... so Gronk is with his guy.

But he did make the case for a Daboll re-connection with Bills quarterback Josh Allen.

"I believe he got Josh Allen going," Gronkowski said. "I think he would be a very spicy hire."

Gronk's full thoughts can be found in the clip below:

"If there's anyone out there that's going to spice up this [Bills] organization, it's Brian Daboll"
