I've never read any of his Marvel stuff but I have read and enjoyed a lot of his books especially in the Star Trek universe back in the 80's. RIP Peter David.

Oh wow, you never read The Incredible Hulk comics?

I used to wait at the corner store every Thursday for the magazine guy to come and drop off the comic bundle.
My buddy Dave would let me open the bundle and pick the ones I wanted...all I had to do was stock the rest on the rack.
It was a good arrangement, I got first pick of comics which scored me a ton of first run comics,...and Dave got to exploit free child labor without getting in trouble...win/win.

During the school year if the guy came early Dave would put the bundle behind the counter until I got out of school.

Oh sure, I read a lot of Hulk comics. I used to sit on the floor of Lute's Pharmacy in Scottsdale with a stack of that week's issues. I'd buy all the Marvel titles, most of the DC titles and then I'd read all the Harvey and Archie kind of comics for free. The owner let me get away with it because I bought so many each week. But that was in the 60's, I stopped reading comic books in the 70's more than a decade before Peter's run with the Hulk.

Ha! That's when I started.
