Rickie Fowler Makes Announcement on Tuesday originally appeared on Athlon Sports.

Rickie Fowler will tee off Thursday alongside Tony Finau and Taylor Pendrith when the 3M Open Championship gets underway at TPC Twin Cities in Blaine, Minnesota.

The 72‑hole event marks Fowler’s first start at the tournament since 2022, and he is seeking a tournament title that has eluded him thus far.

But his biggest news on Tuesday came off the course. Fowler was named an ambassador for Yeti coolers. The Texas‑based outdoor‑lifestyle brand is known for its premium coolers, drinkware and accessories.

Yeti announced the partnership via its Instagram account, posting a dynamic video compilation of Fowler carrying Yeti bottles at various tournaments, captioned:

“It’s officially official. Welcome to the team @RickieFowler .”

Fowler immediately embraced the collaboration, reposting Yeti’s video to his own Instagram Story with the message, “Stoked to be a part of the team! Let’s keep cruising @yeti.”

The six‑time PGA Tour winner joins a roster of high‑profile Yeti partners. Fowler can often be spotted at PGA Tour events with his signature water bottle, making the partnership a natural fit.
