    Thought I would share the new nutrition plan I am on. It breaks down exactly what you should eat and when based on if you want to cut fat or gain muscle. It also takes into account when you work out and how intense it is. I purchased it a little while back, but finally got around to following it 100% for the last two and a half weeks. I am up a half of pound in weight, but down body fat and up muscle. I am looking to cut my last bit of fat while trying to not drop any muscle. Gaining muscle at the same time would be a bonus. You do have to be super strict, meal prep and weigh most everything.
