There's a theme that floats around the Baltimore Ravens' locker room and every other locker room around the NFL. Players and coaches are taught to have short memories. Forget the good and bad plays. Forget wins and losses. Shake them off. Refocus. The coming week brings another opponent, and for the Ravens, honestly, the Week 2 game can't get here fast enough.

Before that happens, however, there's still some residue from a tough loss vs. the Buffalo Bills. Tuesday is typically the day when we talk about those games on Sunday. The players come back to work. The media sits with some of those players and coaches. Those same players and coaches watch film.

What do you think the Ravens are talking about? If you responded by saying 'the Bills game,' give yourselves a gold star.

Some choice quotes from Marlon Humphrey, who said the Ravens were in "perfect calls" vs. Buffalo but still couldn't get it done.

He also said the Ravens can't afford to "protect this guy or protect that guy" like they did last year. pic.twitter.com/T1GCDOyo6Q

Oweh on what went wrong in Buffalo “We took our foot off the gas. We knew how much we didn’t like the team and how much we wanted to dominate them. That’s why we started beating them by a lot. We got complacent. We thought we already won the game and took our foot off the gas.”

Marlon said that Zach Orr made it clear that if you aren’t doing things right you aren’t going to play

While it's good to see the accountability, the Ravens can't beat themselves up too much. Week 1 hurt, but now, it's time for the defending AFC North champions to dust themselves off and move on.

One loss can't spiral into two. The Ravens must find the positives and begin focusing on Sunday's action. Here are two things to think about. First, they lost Week 1 last season, and things turned out okay. Second, something tells us they'll cross paths with the Bills again in January. They'll get their shot for revenge (again).
