Mark Andrews will eventually enter the Ravens Ring of Honor and has an excellent shot at the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Still, his time with the organization will ultimately end, and there's no guarantee he'll spend 2025 with the franchise.
The Ravens' tight end has mostly been off the grid since dropping a two-point conversion attempt that would have tied the AFC divisional round game against the Bills at 27-27 with less than two minutes remaining in the contest. There have been some media discussions about Baltimore potentially moving on from Andrews and giving Isaiah Likely an adjusted role.
The franchise took steps to ensure his place on the roster, picking up and paying out a $4 million option bonus. GM Eric DeCosta sounded uncertain about Andrews's future in Baltimore during his predraft media session on Tuesday, even after paying out the bonus.
If Baltimore restructured Andrews, the franchise could create almost $5 million. Andrews signed a four-year, $56 million contract with the Ravens on September 6, 2021. Even with the rough ending to last season, Andrews is still elite. He recorded a career-best 11 touchdowns in 2024, along with 55 receptions.

Do the Ravens fully expect Mark Andrews to remain with the team?
GM Eric DeCosta: "I never know what's going to happen. I would never want to say this or that, but I can tell you this: Mark Andrews is a warrior and he's played his butt off for us." (1/2)
