The Los Angeles Rams enter the 2025 NFL season with mostly the same roster as the 2024 season.
Matthew Stafford, Alaric Jackson, Puka Nacua, Kyren Williams and Tutu Atwell are returning, and the only major changes were replacing Cooper Kupp with Davante Adams and starting Coleman Shelton at center. While that offense didn't rank highly in 2024 (20th in points scored), they endured a lot of injuries and came on strong at the end of the season with five wins in the final six weeks.
However, Bleacher Report's Brent Sobleski isn't confident that this Rams offense can be a top-10 unit in 2025. He ranked L.A. as the No. 13 offense heading into the year, mostly because of the ability the team's veterans.
The Rams' rank is effectively all about Stafford. He brings the team's offensive floor up to just outside the top-10 based on his ability alone. Without him (and this is the case for most teams, too), the Rams might crumble much like they did in 2022 when Stafford played just nine games.
This rank also reveals that the Rams' skill position players are, similarly, right outside the top-10. Which makes some sense given Adams' age, Nacua's injury history and Williams' fumbling issues. However, McVay still controls the offense, so he will rise the of the team so long as he remains the play-caller.

"The Los Angeles Rams are a rolling year-by-year process as long as the 37-year-old Matthew Stafford remains the starting quarterback," Sobleski wrote. "The majority of the Rams offense remains intact, though ... As long as those veterans remain healthy and productive, head coach/offensive play-caller Sean McVay can work his wizardry."
